From an early age, Peg began sharing joy through food, serving  simple culinary creations to her mom. As a teenager, California’s abundance of fresh, colorful and healthy foods fueled her desire for connecting food to a sense of community.

 

Following a university background of Fine Art and Cultural Anthropology, Peg spent several years traveling, cooking, and exploring cultural & culinary delights throughout the U.S., Mexico, and Central America.

 

Peg’s passion for the art of top-quality food service blossomed under the tutelage of a Marin County restaurant owner who mentored her through all aspects of food service, including all kitchen positions, front-of-the-house service, and management. She expanded her repertoire, working with various catering companies and private chefs as a server, event manager or occasional bartender.

 

With this extensive experience, Peg formed her own company providing professional food service for private events, along with serving in a popular Michelin-Guide recommended fine dining restaurant and as manager of their catered events ranging from 2-700 guests. Over the course of over two decades, Peg has developed a loyal clientele who repeatedly count on her to deliver flawless event service.

 

When not orchestrating events, Peg enjoys hiking, gatherings with friends, creating delicious organic bites in her home kitchen, traveling with her husband to far corners of the world, and enjoying their two “Zen kitties” who teach her daily unconditional love, joy & patience.
